We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, the guidelines below explain how returns and replacements work.
1) 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Undamaged Items)
You may return undamaged products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.
Return shipping is paid by the customer. Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Items must be returned in their original condition (undamaged and complete). Use protective packaging and a trackable shipping method.

2) Damaged or Defective Items (Within 30 Days)
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

A brief description of the issue
Clear photos showing the damage/defect and the packaging if applicable
Resolution:
After reviewing your email, we’ll send a replacement of equal value at no cost to you. In some cases, we may ask you to return the item; if we do, we’ll cover that return shipping.
3) What We Don’t Cover
Returns started after 30 days from delivery
Items not in original, undamaged condition (unless damaged in transit/defective)
Normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage after delivery
4) Refund Method & Timing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
Please allow 3–7 business days after we process the return for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.
5) Exchanges
Need a different item? Start a return as above, then place a new order. For damaged/defective items within 30 days, we’ll replace with a product of equal value.
6) Shipping Tips for Returns
Use the original packaging when possible.
Choose a trackable service and keep the receipt; we’re not responsible for returns lost in transit.
